Born in 1925, “Joe” made significant contributions in the automotive industry, real estate, and local activism, leaving behind a lasting legacy of success and community impact.

Inspired by his grandfather’s achievements, Joedy Addison established 9XV Capital Partners with the mission to continue this legacy of growth and empowerment. The name “9XV” represents the company’s first real estate investment at 915 Montgomery Street, in Savannah, Georgia marking the beginning of a thriving portfolio. Today, 9XV Capital Partners operates a highly diverse business model covering real estate, various lines of investment, business marketing, talent services, brand partnerships, and community involvement (Under our non-profit division, 9XV Cares) Guided by the core values of self-representation, passion, and brand ownership. In 2024 9XV partnered with Tony Gastearl and his successful SGS Group Services brand, expanding to a portfolio that now includes investments in professional athletics and entertainment.
